職責(zé)描述：

　　1. Deeply understand the clients needs of the farm location based on the information provided by clients, sales and onsite visits根據(jù)客戶(hù)、銷(xiāo)售提供的信息以及實(shí)地考察，深刻理解客戶(hù)對(duì)于種植園的需求;

　　2. Design full farm projects in a range of different climates and landscapes including tunnels, block design, drainage, key structures based on information provided by line manager, Sales Team. 根據(jù)經(jīng)理及銷(xiāo)售團(tuán)隊(duì)的要求，為不同氣候和地貌的地區(qū)設(shè)計(jì)種植園項(xiàng)目方案，包含大棚、區(qū)塊、排水系統(tǒng)、主要結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)等;

　　3. Communicate with internal stakeholders (ie. Sales Team support) to ensure they are informed of project progress while also having the chance to request changes and updates to their designs.與內(nèi)部銷(xiāo)售團(tuán)隊(duì)持續(xù)交流，確保銷(xiāo)售團(tuán)隊(duì)了解項(xiàng)目進(jìn)展，并及時(shí)根據(jù)客戶(hù)需求調(diào)整方案設(shè)計(jì)。

　　4. Visit client sites with line manager to ensure designs based on CAD and Google Earth maps are feasible.與直線(xiàn)經(jīng)理拜訪客戶(hù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，確?；贑AD和谷歌地圖的設(shè)計(jì)是可行的。

　　5. Work with line manager and Sales Team to recommend innovations to tunnel design, keeping return on investment and excellence in mind as the client’s top priorities與直線(xiàn)經(jīng)理和銷(xiāo)售團(tuán)隊(duì)合作，推薦棚體設(shè)計(jì)的革新技術(shù)，將投資回報(bào)和卓越表現(xiàn)作為客戶(hù)的首要任務(wù)。

　　6. Update internal best practice and reporting template to ensure you receive the key information for quoting in a timely and effective manner from Sales Teams 更新內(nèi)部***實(shí)踐報(bào)告以確保及時(shí)有效地從銷(xiāo)售團(tuán)隊(duì)那里獲得關(guān)鍵信息。

　　Job Requirements: 崗位要求

　　1. 0-2 years of experience in related industry design 0-2年行業(yè)相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

　　2. Bachelor's Degree or above, majoring in agricultural building environment and enery engineering, agricultural engineering, horticulture etc. will be preferred. 本科或以上學(xué)歷，農(nóng)業(yè)建筑環(huán)境與能源工程、農(nóng)業(yè)工程、農(nóng)田水利工程、園藝類(lèi)相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)優(yōu)先。

　　3. Be proficient with AutoCAD and Micorsoft office softwares. 精通CAD及辦公軟件。

　　4. Be proactive,and responsible with strong learning ability保持前瞻性和責(zé)任心，具備較強(qiáng)的學(xué)習(xí)能力。

　　5. Ability to demonstrate patience and professionalism when dealing directly with clients and explaining the logic of their designs. 在與客戶(hù)直接對(duì)接時(shí)，能夠展示充分的耐心和專(zhuān)業(yè)能力。

　　6. Results and service driven with resilience by delivering projects efficiently and timely以結(jié)果和服務(wù)為導(dǎo)向、抗壓性強(qiáng)，能高效地完成項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)。

　　7. Ability to understand basic principles rapidly but then apply clients in a smart way depending on the local budget/climate/land conditions to produce the best designs possible. 能夠快速理解客戶(hù)的基本要求，后續(xù)根據(jù)當(dāng)?shù)仡A(yù)算/氣候/土地等條件，完成項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)。
